1. Information We Collect

• Account information — your name and email address, and your role (e.g. coach, player, trainer, analyst).
• Handball performance data you record — shots, matches, live-analysis events, statistics, teams, rosters, and match plans.
• Athletics & wellbeing data you or your trainer enter — workouts, physical tests, and wellness/soreness/pain entries (e.g. sleep, fatigue, mood).
• Calendar data — only if you grant calendar access, to add training sessions and match events.

We do not collect app-usage analytics, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the service and its features.
• To analyze handball and athletic performance for you and your team.
• To communicate important updates about the app (and optional product news, if you opt in).

3. How Your Data Is Shared

Your data is visible to members of your own club or team according to their role — for example, a coach or athletic trainer can see the performance and wellbeing data of players they manage. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use the following service providers to operate the app: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting) and Google Sign-In (optional login). Your data is processed on Google Cloud infrastructure.

4. Data Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored on Google Cloud, which encrypts data at rest. Access is restricted by server-side security rules and app-integrity verification (Firebase App Check), so only authenticated, authorized users can reach your data.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete Account) or the web dashboard. Deletion removes your account and all of your associated data — including shots, matches, live-analysis data, workouts, wellness and pain entries — from our systems. You may also contact us to access or correct your information.

6. Children

The app is intended for use by athletes and staff in an organized sports setting. Where a minor uses the app, it should be under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or their club, who is responsible for any data entered.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
